Welcome to Archworks Dental Laboratory, where precision, innovation, and patient care come together to redefine the dental restoration experience. Founded by Rynhard Venter and operated in partnership with Hai Nguyen, we are a specialty dental lab located in West Linn, Oregon, with additional services offered in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas.

Rynhard Venter, BSc, CDT
With over 25 years of experience in dental technology, Rynhard Venter has built his career around a singular focus — crafting implant prosthetics and restorations that perform as beautifully as they look. His journey in the field has taken him across four countries, with experience at dental laboratories in South Africa, England, Ireland, and the United States.

Rynhard earned his Bachelor of Science in Dental Technology from Technikon Pretoria in South Africa and is a graduate of the denturist program at the International Denturist Education Centre at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. He has completed advanced implant and ceramic courses under master technicians Gerard Ubassy and Oliver Brix at the International Center for Dental Education in Liechtenstein, and under Klaus Muterthies at Zirkonzahn in California — among numerous other continuing education courses in England, Germany, and the United States.

Hai Nguyen, DT
With over 20 years of experience in advanced dental technology, Hai Nguyen has dedicated his career to mastering zirconia, layered ceramics, and full-arch implant restorations at the highest level of the craft. He began his career working directly under Enrico Steger at Zirkonzahn North America, where he received extensive training in advanced zirconia techniques. He later trained intensively under Alessandro Cucchiaro, head master technician of Zirkonzahn USA, and Salvatore Conte of Naples, Italy — two of the most respected names in ceramic and zirconia technology worldwide.​
Hai specializes in zirconia bridges, All-on-X implant zirconia arches, and layered ceramics — bringing a level of technical artistry and precision to each case that reflects decades of dedicated practice at the highest level of the craft.
Sheika Laird, BS, ST, RDA, DT

Sheika brings over 15 years of experience across multiple disciplines within the dental field, with a background spanning hospital-based surgery, private oral surgery practices, and advanced dental laboratory technology. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas and holds credentials as a Surgical Technologist, Texas Registered Dental Assistant, and Dental Technician.
She built an extensive surgical career assisting in complex oral and maxillofacial procedures across a range of clinical settings, before expanding into laboratory technology where she has contributed to thousands of All-on-X cases. Over the past decade, she has trained extensively under Rynhard Venter, developing a highly collaborative approach that bridges surgical precision with restorative excellence.
As the Texas representative for Archworks Dental Laboratory, Sheika provides hands-on surgical support, chairside assistance, and laboratory coordination for Texas-based clients while also supporting clinicians nationwide through digital treatment planning and restorative workflow support.
